However before making any nastas, you must meld both 5"s and 10"s.
May use wilds and meld at any time, just no nastas til the 5"s and 10"s are melded.
You can make as many nastas as you want but must have 5's and 10's melded first.
No touching the pile.

Sin embargo, antes de hacer cualquier nastas, debes fusionar los de 5" y 10".
Puede usar comodines y fusionarse en cualquier momento, pero no nastas hasta que se fusionen los 5" y 10".
Puedes hacer tantas nastas como quieras, pero primero debes combinar las de 5 y 10.
No tocar la pila.
