The first hand you must have 5's with initial meld.
Second hand you must have 6's or 9's melded before you go out.
Third hand must contain A's with the initial meld.
Forth hand is normal NTC.
After 4th hand you start rotation over again
NO TOUCHING THE PILE
You have 45 MINUTES to play

Después de la cuarta mano, comienzas la rotación nuevamente
