then you will need two 4s with a Joker in your initial meld and
it would need to go 44Joker. You may use other cards and wilds,
but your Joker must be with the required card.
If the new hand starts out with a wild card, red or black 3 in the discard pile,
then you do not need a specific card in your initial meld,
the hand is played No Touch Cut. No touching the pile!
**Both players should call top card before the play starts for each hand!**
