In this tourney the rules change after each hand. When a hand is over play must stop and the TD is notified.
The TD will then choose a TOUCH PILE rule that applies to the next hand.
If current rule is not followed or if play is not stopped between hands this will result in dqd from tourney.

En este torneo las reglas cambian después de cada mano. Cuando termina una mano, el juego debe detenerse y se notifica al TD.
Luego, el TD elegirá una regla TOUCH PILE que se aplicará a la siguiente mano.
Si no se sigue la regla actual o si el juego no se detiene entre manos, esto resultará en la eliminación del torneo.
